Refund Policy

Last updated: October 2026. This policy covers purchases of The Magic Shoes Adventure and THE CONTAINER from RAE Performance Labs, operated by Brighton Ceasar.

30-day money-back guarantee

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on app purchases. If your family is not satisfied, you can request a full refund within 30 days of your order date — no unreasonable conditions attached.

How to request a refund

Refunds are processed by our payment provider and merchant of record, Paddle. To request a refund, visit paddle.net and look up your order, or contact RAE Performance Labs through the contact method shown in the app and we will help. [Support contact to be added.]

Subscriptions

Monthly plans can be cancelled at any time. Cancellation stops future renewals; access continues until the end of the current paid month. The 30-day guarantee applies to the first payment of a new subscription.

App access vs. live coaching

The guarantee above covers digital app access (one-time and subscription). Live services — group coaching cohorts, 1:1 coaching, workshops, and school or team programs — are scheduled services with their own arrangements; refund terms for those are agreed in writing before purchase and may differ from the app guarantee.

After a refund

When a refund is completed, paid access to the program ends. Week 1 of each program remains open on your family account, and your scholar's saved progress is handled in line with our Privacy Notice.
